Product information

Orders

There is no minimum order required. All prices displayed on the site are in RON and do not include VAT.

According to the laws in force, the order placed on this website is considered a contract between the user and Libernote SRL and must be executed by both parties. This means that Libernote SRL undertakes to deliver the ordered products or services, and the user undertakes to pay the value of the order.

We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on the website when we deem it necessary.

Libernote SRL uses the services of other companies, for example for transport, payment, etc. The responsibility for these services lies entirely with the service providers. It is the user’s responsibility to know and accept the terms and conditions of the services before using these services.

Member registration

To create the customer account you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, based on the specifications in the relevant forms and you agree to provide this information correctly and completely.

If we consider that this obligation is not respected, we reserve the right to block your access to our services without prior notice, for a definite or indefinite period.

Login as a member on this site involves the use of an email address and a password. Keeping the access password safe is your responsibility, and the consequences of any activity carried out using the password are entirely your responsibility.

Confidentiality of personal data

Libernote SRL undertakes to strictly respect the confidentiality of its customers ‘data and undertakes not to transmit customers’ personal data to third parties except to companies with which we are in partnership, but only on the basis of a confidentiality commitment from them and only for the purposes mentioned in this document.

The data requested on this site are: name, surname, telephone number and email address. When you want to buy online you will be asked additionally: delivery address, billing address and payment method.

Limitation of liability

delivery delays due to supplier, courier or other reasons;
damage, destruction and loss during transport to the consignee, which are borne by the carrier;

Final provisions

Libernote SRL operates according to all the legal provisions of the Romanian State, among which we mention Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts, Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Law 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, Law no. 8 of March 14, 1996 on copyright and related rights.

We reserve the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions, as well as any changes to the site, without prior notice to users.

Disputes

Any dispute between the Customer and the Supplier will be settled amicably, by agreement between the two parties. In case the amicable settlement of the conflict has not been succeeded, the competence belongs to the Romanian courts, within the municipality of Bucharest.
